With his Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University and experience of teaching and training, John has developed a Coach Training Program. The training is designed to inform you about coaching as well as help you develop your coaching technique. John's style is interactive and practical with a number of coaching demonstrations and participation in the coach experience yourself. Total education program hours are 28 in-class and 3 via conference calls. You will be expected not only to begin coaching but to also 'be' coached throughout the course.
